Insurance companies who are licensed to provide
commercial and/or personal automobile liability insurance on non-commercial
passenger vehicles 26,000 lbs and under GVW, in the State of New Mexico are
required to supply the database with insurance information on vehicles they
insure.
Insurance companies are encouraged to update
their data as frequently as possible. However, they are only mandated to update
their file by the 7th working day of each month. This information is used to
determine the insurance status of New Mexico motor vehicles.
